Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Admin to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with clients and real estate agents, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative duties to facilitate smooth transactions and excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has a passion for real estate, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, and vendors to facilitate property viewings and transactions.
- Prepare and organize documentation related to property sales, leases, and other transactions.
- Assist in the marketing of properties through social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all real estate documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about properties and services offered.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for real estate agents, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and assist in pricing strategies.
- Support the team in preparing reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Assist with the on-boarding process of new clients and agents, providing them with necessary information and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
