Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support to assist in the daily operations of a real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and familiarity with real estate processes in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to the sales and management team.
•Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
•Maintain and update property listings, client databases, and company records.
•Coordinate meetings, appointments, and property viewings for the team.
•Support the marketing team in social media posting and basic content management.
•Assist in processing rental and sales transactions, ensuring all documentation is in order.
•Maintain office supplies and administrative workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in an administrative (experience in real estate is a plus).
•Familiarity with CRM systems.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Familiarity in Microsoft Office
•Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
•Understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws and RERA regulations is an advantage.
