We are currently on the lookout for experienced Sales Agents to join our strong team in Dubai, focusing on Marina, JBR & Palm Jumeirah. Our ideal candidate would have hands on experience in the Dubai property market, knowledge of the latest real estate trends and excellent negotiation & customer service skills. At Engel & Völkers we have an exceptional Marketing team, expert training academy, ongoing managerial & administrative support to assist with day-to-day duties.

Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and sales of properties, preferable Dubai experienced.
- Valuation and presentation of properties
- Negotiating property values
- Professional and ongoing client support
- Excellent customer service
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities


- Full Marketing support offline & online. Premium accounts with Dubizzle, Property Finder & Bayut
- 7 days a week reception & 24 hours call center – our lead generation is our focal point
- Company CRM System Downloadable in iPhone/Android
- Option for renting an Audi A3 company car with discounted rates from Hertz
- High Commissions
- Flexible working hours and environment
- Company Visa and RERA fully paid from start date
- Professional Photographer for your properties

Requirements

- Real Estate experience in Dubai, specifically in Marina, JBR & Palm Jumeirah
- Several years of sales / leasing experience
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to think on ones feet and offer expert customer service to clients.
- A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
- Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
- Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance
- UAE Diving License is mandatory
