Job description / Role

Objectives: Selling and leasing properties in Dubai

Main responsibilities:
- Creating and managing a property portfolio
- Professional client service
- Negotiating
- Completing the transaction process      
- Being a community expert

Reporting to: Team Leader or Area Manager

- Duration: Permanent
- Desired start date: Immediatley
- Other Benefits: Health Insurance
- Commission / Bonus: up to 70% commission and various incentives
- Gross monthly base salary: TBD during your interview

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
- Other certifications obtained: Any training in telemarketing is a plus
- Nature and length of previous experience: 1 - 2 years experience in Dubai Real Estate Market
- Specialist knowledge: We are looking for specialist in Commercial Properties, plots and labour camps and Residential Properties ( Dubai Marina, Emirates Living, Downtown, Business Bay)

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Good negotiator
- Computer Skills, Ms. Windows & MS Office       
- Substantial experience in a sales & leasing       
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral       
- A strong work ethic and desire to generate new business       
- A tenacity to chase and close deals in a competitive market       
- Confidence, and the ability to adapt to different nationalities       

Valid driving license in UAE is mandatory

Language Fluency: Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
