If you are working as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Property Lister/Valuer, Property Management, Lettings or within another heavily targeted sales role, in Dubai and you are looking for the next step in your career then we need to speak to you! Potential earnings of £75,000 - £200,000 per annum, inc benefits, OTE

About the role:

As a Property Leasing or Property Sales Consultant your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Generating new instructions by way of outbound cold/warm calling
• Conducting market appraisals/valuations with homeowner/landlord
• Photographing & preparing properties ready for advertising
• Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord

Candidate Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Must have at least 2 year's sales experience (or other target driven experience.)
• Cold/warm call calling experience advantageous
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Drive and determination
• A team player but also capable to work independently

In addition to this, your Mentor will be at your side during all offer negotiations and most importantly, when you meet your client to close the deal.

• Property Leasing Consultant - £75,000 OTE (with no upper limit)
• Property Sales Consultant - £200,000 OTE (with no upper limit)
