Agent Role and Responsibility:

• Market appraisals and valuations
• Scheduling and conducting viewings
• Offer and contract negotiations
• Developing strong relationships with our existing clients
• Promoting properties through various different marketing channels
• Conducting open house events
• Advising clients on current market trends

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Very strong communication skills
• Must be target driven, resilient and have a competitive character by nature
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Positive mindset
• High level of emotional intelligence
