Job description / Role

V REALTY is looking for a Real Estate Agent who will help diverse range of clients with selling, renting, and buying homes. Your duties will include advising clients on the general process surrounding real estate transactions and helping them along every step of the way.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers.
• Meet with clients to assess their property needs.
• Assist clients in process of buying, selling, renting through site visits, viewings, and sales process.
• Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers.
• Advertise sales of properties using various mediums like open houses, multiple listing services, and networking.
• Keep up to date with new launches and projects.
• A high level of determination and work ethics.
• Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivated by high performance and earnings, but also giving great service.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Build good working relationship among Brokers and Clients.
• Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
• Marketing listings for clients for potential sale or rental.
• Keeping up to date with current offers with Developers on the existing and upcoming projects.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Should obtain Attested Bachelor's Degree
• Should hold UAE Driver's license
• Good communication skills
• English is a must, other language is a plus
• Confident Telephone Manners
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge of purchase process
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Responsiveness
• Honesty and integrity
