Job description / Role
- Advise Sellers & Landlords on Market Conditions, Valuation, and Property Legislation
- Qualifying Potential Buyers & Tenants
- Conducting Viewings and Following Up with Clients.
- Negotiating Offers and Contracts between both Parties
- Networking to become an Area Specialist within your assigned Community
- Maintaining Relationships with clients
Requirements
- Excellent Written and Spoken English Skills.
- UAE or a transferable Driving License.
- Willing to work on Commission only (Uncapped Earning Potential)
- Customer Facing Background Preferred or Strong Telephone Experience
- Self-Driven, Hardworking, Ambitious and Reliable.
- Previous RERA Training and Certificate is an advantage but not necessary.
