Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market in UAE-Dubai and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as providing guidance and support throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in UAE-Dubai.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and property inspections.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents to clients.
- Stay informed about the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAE-Dubai real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate.
