Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the properties.
• Support senior agents in negotiating deals and preparing necessary documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their real estate needs.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market and property values.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with a strong interest in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
