We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of the local real estate market. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai, providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized service.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings, including online listings, social media campaigns, and open houses.
- Prepare property listings, including high-quality photographs and compelling descriptions, to attract potential buyers and renters.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on local zoning regulations, property laws, and market conditions to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Maintain records of all transactions and client interactions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using real estate listing platforms and marketing tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- A valid RERA license in Dubai is required.
