PRADHAN REAL ESTATE LLC, a leading real estate agency in Dubai, is looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Client Relations: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.
- Sales & Transactions: Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions from start to finish.
- Lead Generation: Focus on generating high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business in both established and new markets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closure to meet sales targets.
- Broker Network: Cultivate relationships with a premium network of brokers and sales partners.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Dubai’s real estate market with a proven track record (at least 4 closed sale deals).
- Real Estate License: Valid UAE real estate license required.
- Valid UAE Driving License & Car: Required for property showings and client meetings.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a client-first attitude.
- Sales-Driven: Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate tools and platforms to manage leads and transactions.
- Language Skills: Advanced English communication skills are a must. Additional fluency in multiple languages is highly preferred to cater to Dubai's diverse client base.
