Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Stay informed on market trends, new developments, and regulatory updates.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Note: This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (Russian, Italian, German, French, Chinese) is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
