Job description / Role

We are seeking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves managing property listings, conducting market research, and guiding clients through the real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Prepare and manage property listings, including creating marketing materials and scheduling viewings.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure the best terms.
• Oversee the transaction process from initial offer to closing, including coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other parties.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field required, preferably in UAE.

Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate software and tools is advantageous

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
