Job Overview:
A Real Estate Agent in Dubai is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide high-level customer service. The agent will act as an intermediary between property buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
•Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
•Conduct property viewings and site visits.
•Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, and renting process.
•Legal & Documentation Assistance
•Follow up with potential clients to close deals.
•Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
•Provide after-sales services, including assistance with move-in, maintenance, and property management.
Requirements:
•Confidence and strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
•Proficiency in English
