Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Real Estate needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.
- Provide comprehensive information and answer questions regarding properties and neighborhoods.
- Research and create market analyses to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide clients with updated information.

- Proven experience as a Off Plan Real Estate Agent, preferably in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of the local Real Estate market and property valuation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using Real Estate CRM tools and online marketing platforms.
