Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team for Sales and Leasing of residential units. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, ensuring that all transactions are conducted smoothly and in compliance with Dubai's legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a client base of buyers, sellers, and renters through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Consultation & Negotiation: Provide expert advice to clients on the real estate market, property pricing, and investment opportunities. Negotiate the best terms for clients, ensuring satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.
• Market Research: Stay informed on current real estate trends, property values, zoning laws, and market conditions in Dubai to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Property Tours: Conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
• Transaction Management: Assist in the preparation of necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation for property sales or leases. Ensure that all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Networking: Collaborate with developers, property managers, legal experts, and other real estate professionals to maximize opportunities and stay informed about new projects and trends.
• Marketing & Advertising: Promote properties through online listings, social media, print media, and open houses.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 to 5 year’s experience in Dubai Real Estate Market as an established broker.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and legal requirements.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication and relationship-building skills.
• A valid Real Estate License issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in Dubai.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Mutli- Lingual is a plus
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car preferred.
