- Develop and maintain a network of contacts including buyers, sellers, and other agents to generate business.
- Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Stay informed about current market trends and property listings to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
