Responsibilities:

- Commission based role.
- Paying up to 70% comms on all transactions made.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
- Conduct market research to understand property values and stay updated on the latest real estate trends.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
- Prepare property listings and promote properties effectively.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers or renters.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the property transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent - minimum one year in UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local neighborhoods.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle transactions professionally.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems, along with social media platforms.
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle for property showings and client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a client-focused approach.
