Dubai is one of the world’s most attractive destinations for Russian-speaking investors and buyers - and at Status Real Estate, we’re right in the middle of it. We’re looking for a Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent who can connect with clients, close deals, and grow in one of the fastest-moving markets in the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with Russian-speaking buyers, sellers, and tenants across Dubai.
• Advise clients on property options: off-plan, secondary market, and rentals.
• Conduct professional viewings and negotiate offers.
• Build strong relationships with investors and end-users.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Russian-speaking (fluent); English required, Arabic is a plus.
• Previous real estate experience in Dubai (secondary or off-plan preferred).
• RERA license (or willingness to get it).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, ambitious, and target-driven.

Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, particularly with Russian-speaking investors and expatriates. Proven track record of achieving high-value sales, negotiating effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service across off-plan and secondary market properties.

Combines in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, RERA regulations, and property marketing strategies with a client-centric approach to achieve outstanding results.
