Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties in Dubai.
- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, guiding clients through the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate contracts and sales agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Stay current with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide expert advice.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and counteroffers effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.

**This job is commission-based**

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and real estate laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid real estate license or certification in the UAE is preferred.
- Proficiency with real estate databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
