Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to clients' needs.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property values.
- Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and other required documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate community and potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle negotiations and close deals efficiently.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for property visits.
- Fluent in English;Russian, Mandarin,Spanish, German, Farsi, French,Arabic languages is an advantage.
- Commission based role.
