Join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai as a Real Estate Agent and play a pivotal role in connecting buyers with their dream properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced market, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through seamless property transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective buyers and sellers in the Dubai real estate market.
- Conduct property showings and provide in-depth market analysis to clients.
- Assist clients in negotiating and closing property transactions to ensure satisfaction on both ends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
- Prepare necessary documentation including contracts, leases, and agreements with compliance to UAE property laws.
- Participate in marketing efforts including advertising listings and promoting properties through various channels.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant sales role in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and property types.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and integrity.
- Valid real estate license or certification in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Turkish,Russian are advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission
