Responsibilities and Duties:

*Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions
*Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives
*Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
*Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
*Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail

*At least 6 months of experience in the Real Estate
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
*Fluent in English & Russian, French, Italian, Spanish or Chinese
