We’re looking for ambitious, driven Real Estate Agents who want to grow their career in off-plan sales - one of the most rewarding sectors of the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Promote new project launches from Dubai’s leading developers.
• Advise investors and end-users on the best opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with international and local clients.
• Attend exclusive launch events and roadshows.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience is a big plus).
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with international clients.
• English is a must; Russian/Arabic are big advantages.

We are seeking an experienced Off-Plan Property Consultant with a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of off-plan projects, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients confidently through the buying process. They must be driven, results-oriented, and ready to contribute immediately to the team’s success while continuously enhancing their expertise and client relationships.
