Job description / Role
Core Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify property trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze market data, including property prices, rental yields, and return on investment (ROI) for different real estate sectors (residential, commercial, luxury).
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and company leadership.
Property Valuation and Investment Analysis:
• Evaluate properties to determine their market value based on location, condition, and market demand.
• Prepare detailed reports on investment opportunities, including financial projections and risk assessments.
• Advise clients on investment strategies that align with their goals and financial capabilities.
Financial Modeling:
• Develop financial models to assess the profitability and feasibility of real estate projects.
• Provide forecasts on market conditions and project future performance of property investments.
• Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow projections, and investment plans for both clients and the company.
Data Management and Reporting:
• Manage large datasets related to property listings, market trends, and economic indicators.
• Create and present detailed reports on market performance, potential investments, and portfolio management.
• Regularly update company databases with the latest market data and property evaluations.
Client Consultation:
• Work closely with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored advice on real estate investment strategies.
• Prepare custom reports for clients based on their investment needs, property portfolios, and market conditions.
• Support the sales team by providing analytical backing during property negotiations and transactions.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
• Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to provide accurate pricing strategies for properties.
• Assist in creating marketing materials by providing data-driven insights on property trends and investment potential.
• Support agents in preparing sales presentations with market analysis and investment forecasts.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all market analysis and investment strategies are compliant with Dubai’s real estate regulations.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure that clients are aware of all regulatory requirements related to their investments.
Requirements:
Additional Responsibilities:
• Regularly update the company on changing regulations and market conditions.
• Assist in the company’s roadshows, providing in-depth presentations on market opportunities to international clients.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI) and financial modeling software is required.
