Job description / Role
Our clients are looking for established real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role. If you do not have a real estate background candidates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply.
You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.
You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work without a salary.
* Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent
* Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation
* Qualifying potential buyers/tenants
* Conducting viewings and follow up
* Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
* Maintain regular contact with all clients
* Training and real estate licence provided by employer
* Visa and medical insurance
* On target commission-only earnings of AED 40,000 per month uncapped. The highest earners in the companies we work with are earning in excess of AED 100,000 each month
* Up to 30 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
* Incentives for top performers including holidays, designer watches and suits
* Tiered commission structure from 50 to 60% for top performers
AED 10,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
* Skills - Ability to sell and negotiate
* Confidence - You want to work COMMISSION-ONLY. THIS ROLE HAS NO SALARY.
* Experience - At least 1 year's Dubai real estate experience
* Certificates - RERA licence desirable
* Other - UAE CAR LICENCE AND CAR IS ESSENTIAL
* Nationality Preference - European
* Location - Dubai
