We are recruiting both sales and leasing brokers throughout our Dubai and Abu Dhabi based offices.
Responsibilities will include:

- Lead generation, both instructions and prospective clients, through warm calling
- Valuations
- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Qualifying new leads
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and finalising deals
- Handing over properties and following up with clients

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and be driven to succeed in a competitive environment.

We will provide the best brand name in Dubai real estate, the largest database and fantastic marketing support but candidates must be self motivated and able to utilise the tools we provide.

- 2 years sales experience
- Financial stability - these roles are commission based so candidates need to be able to support themselves through the first month whilst building their pipeline.
- Full driving license
- Determination to succeed
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Money motivated
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in the English language
