NO BASIC SALARY ! Job is on commission basis.

Requirements

What we require?

• Real estate broker’s license.
• Proven work experience as a real estate broker - minimum 2 years.
• Successful sales record.
• Ability to work independently and mentor other team members.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Responsible and ethical.
• Knowledgeable about the UAE property market and best practices.
• Ability to negotiate with all different type of customers and nationalities.
