Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:

- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing #property for the right price under the best terms
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
- Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Attract prospective clients to promote new business
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, - and the surrounding neighborhood
- Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
- Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients

Requirements

Skills:

- Work experience in #RealEstate and proven track record of #propertyconsultant (Minimum 1 year)
- Ability to work with targets and commissions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Technology-driven
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Possess a valid driving License
- A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the positions; we can help you get one!
