Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and dynamic Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role involves leveraging industry knowledge, market trends, and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
Requirements:
Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Provide personalized property solutions tailored to the client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Offer guidance to clients through the entire process of property transactions, from search to negotiation and closing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and new developments in the Dubai real estate market.
• Source and list available properties for sale or rent, ensuring detailed and accurate descriptions and pricing.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive pricing strategies.
Property Viewings and Presentations:
• Arrange property viewings for clients, ensuring the properties are presented professionally and accurately.
• Highlight the key features of the properties to potential buyers and provide comparative market information.
• Negotiate property prices and terms of sale between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Manage and oversee the transaction process, including contracts, documentation, and legal procedures.
• Ensure timely follow-up on offers, counteroffers, and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain a strong network of property developers, investors, and potential buyers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after transactions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a smooth transition for clients throughout the property buying or renting process.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including residential, commercial, and off-plan developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Utilize social media, real estate platforms, and personal networks to generate leads and expand your client base.
