Real Estate Broker - Dubai Based

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in Dubai.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market analyses to inform clients about current market conditions.
- Negotiate property transactions between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Maintain an organized database of clients, referrals, and market information to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role within the Dubai market.
- Valid Driving License.
- Certificate of Education
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mentality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales targets.
- Must have 3-6 months of savings in a commission only role.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 250,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
