As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Etagi Dubai Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions, representing clients, and ensuring smooth and successful deals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

~ Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions
~ Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives
~ Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
~ Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
~ Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detai

~ At least 6 months of experience in the Real Estate
~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
~ Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
~ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
~ Fluent in both English, any additional language is a plus!
