What You'll Be Doing:
• Building real relationships with clients (not just chasing leads)
• Staying on top of market trends and pricing in Dubai
• Managing, marketing, and showing stunning properties
• Negotiating deals and guiding clients through every step
• Expanding your network and creating new business opportunities
• Keeping deals compliant and documentation airtight

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of proven sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market (trends, pricing, regs)
• Fluent English speaker with top-tier communication skills
• Self-starter with a passion for property and performance
• RERA certified
• UAE driver’s license and own transport preferred
