Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Real Estate Broker/Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in converting leads into successful transactions and a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market. You will be provided with high-quality leads and are expected to effectively engage, nurture, and convert these leads into sales or rentals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
• Contact and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and identify their real estate needs.
• Convert leads into property sales, leases, or investments.
Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Offer tailored property solutions based on client requirements and preferences.
Property Transactions:
• Manage property sales, leases, and purchase processes from initial contact to closing in coordination with the Admin team.
Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Provide market insights to clients to assist in decision-making.
Compliance & Professionalism:
• Adhere to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market with a focus on lead conversion.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Education & Certifications:
• RERA certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with leads, manage follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate tools.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
