Bright Rich | CORFAC International is a professional consulting company that provides brokerage services, market research, property valuation services in the real estate market to corporate clients and private investors for more than 15 years.

For today, we have offices in 3 different countries and are the members of CORFAC International – an association of commercial real estate companies, established in 1989 in the USA with offices located in more than 70 counties all around the world.

Our new office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is also operating as a member of CORFAC International and now WE ARE HIRING - Professional Real-Estate Agents in office real estate department with Min 1.5 - 2 years’ experience!

Responsibilities:
- Support transactions for the sale and lease of class A/B+/B office real Towers
- Identify customer needs, select objects and make presentations
- Schedule showings and consult on site
- Negotiate and handle objections
- Work in corporate CRM

Requirements

Requirements:
- Extensive background experience in the office real estate market in Dubai for at least 1.5 - 2 years
- Advanced or Native English (C1, C2), multi-lingual is an advantage - Chinese, Russian and Arabic speaker
- Strong networking and sales skills
- Can use in your work excellent communication skills and the ability to network
- Good time management and organization skills, self-driven and hard working
