Job description / Role

Data Analyst with Residential Property Sales Market experience to source, and collate date to provide to the Sales Team to improve results

The selected candidate will

• Provide financial analytics and insights about gross revenue and unit price
• Oversee tracking the budget and ensuring that it is being utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Spending will cover aspects related to spending on sales events, discounts, broker’s commission, etc.
• For the tracking the successful candidate will be someone who is able to show details of expenditure not only top level.
• Assist the head in the creation the of sales strategy by sharing analytics and insights and preparing the related presentations.
• In charge of project launches, checking with stakeholders that everyone is delivering to be able to launch (this involves checking with the marketing, legal, development and customer management)

This is a critical role to support the sales team and is a very data driven role .

Salary:
AED 324,000 to 360,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must be bachelors degree qualified
• Must have 8 years experience in a similar role within Real Estate market
• Must have 5 years UAE experience, collating and analysing real estate market data
• This is a critical role to support the sales team and is a very data driven role .
