Real Estate Client Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking Real Estate Client Managers with 1-3 years experience to join our Dubai Team.

• Successful candidates will be responsible for showcasing Primary (off-plan), Secondary (Resale) & Rental properties to a diverse range of potential clients around the globe.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The candidate must be fluent in at least two of the following languages: Russian, English, Arabic, French, German, or Chinese.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience in the Real Estate industry, with a proven track record of sales success
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of Off-Plan/Secondary/Rental property sales in Dubai is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
