Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents fluent in one or more of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Persian, German, or French to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and a proven track record in sales. You will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide clients with expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present property listings, market analyses, and promotional materials.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Attend property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
- Stay updated on the UAE real estate market regulations and trends.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Fluent in Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Persian, German, or French; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
