• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (sales or leasing)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred — additional languages such as Russian, German, Italian, Turkish, or French are a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and strong attention to punctuality and deadlines
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
