We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our vibrant team in Dubai, at Area Experts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes with professionalism and expertise, helping them achieve their real estate goals in the lucrative UAE market.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment potential.
- Prepare and present property proposals and financial reports to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closings to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in the UAE.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, preferred
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and property valuation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
- Driver license preferred.
