Charterhouse is working with a leading UAE based Real Estate Developer who is looking to hire a UAE National Assistant Manager of Customer Operations.
The position sits within our client's commercial division and your main responsibility will be to manage the residential sales contracts administration as well as the compliance of contracts. In this role you will ensure the smooth management of cross divisional systems and processes, working closely with Legal, IT and development to ensure contracts are ready for sales launches.
The successful candidate will be a UAE National holding a minimum of 8 years related experience in leasing and contract administration. Significant exposure to the UAE real estate market is desired.
