Job description / Role
As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for identifying and conducting property research, analysing project feasibility and arranging draft concept plans on behalf of our clients.
Your expertise will deliver thorough research and due diligence, empowering our clients to make informed decisions on their prospective property acquisitions.
The Position
- Identify, analyse and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities that specifically fit our clients criteria
- Conduct market research and prepare feasibility studies for potential property development opportunities
- Conduct extensive research on comparable projects in the local area to identify sales values and competitive developments
- Prepare or arrange the preparation of preliminary plans showing potential development yields
- Preparation of expression of interest on behalf of clients
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights on potential developments
- Communicate with key players, such as real estate agents, town planners, architects and other consultants
- Have flexibility to work over different time zones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial real estate acquisitions or development, or a similar role (minimum 3-5 years)
- Knowledge of real estate development and market analysis
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modelling and market research
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communications and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- AutoCAD or similar experience is preferable but not essential.
