Real Estate Investment Analyst

Client Details

Our client is a leading investment management firm with a multi-billion dollar AUM across multiple strategies, including a growing real estate platform.

Description

* Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research on real estate investments.
* Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations.
* Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and risk assessments.
* Monitor and analyse real estate market trends and economic data.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial models and analyses.
* Develop and refine financial models for real estate portfolios.
* Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
