The Company
Robert Half is working with a fast-growing family owned business that was set up in Dubai.
The Role
*Accumulating market information including rental, sales, and expenses through direct contact with brokers and developers.
*Monitor asset performance by performing portfolio level analytics reporting
*Calculate transactions to determine their positive and negative essentials and suitability review/recommendation
*Contribute in evolving optimum structures for transactions in terms of appropriate capital funding strategies
*Prepare all aspects of feasible investigations for business proposals.
Requirements
The Candidate
*At least 8 years' experience in real estate investment and analysis
*Excellent mathematical skills to perform financial analysis
*A strong understanding of property market dynamics
*Masters or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economic
