We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Agent to manage the rental of company-owned residential and commercial properties. The role involves guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, showcasing available units, and ensuring high occupancy rates across our portfolio. Since all properties are owned by the company, the agent will focus exclusively on leasing—not sales or third-party listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and lease company-owned properties to qualified tenants
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about units, amenities, and lease terms
• Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Screen potential tenants and assist with application and documentation processes
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Maintain updated records of available units, lease expirations, and tenant communications
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams for move-ins and unit readiness
• Monitor market trends and rental pricing to ensure competitiveness
• Build strong relationships with tenants to support retention and satisfaction
• Achieve monthly leasing targets set by the management team and contribute to overall occupancy goals
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Proven experience in real estate leasing or property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and leasing platforms
• Knowledge of local rental laws and tenant rights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
