Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of our real estate portfolio, ensuring that all properties are optimized for performance and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead a team effectively. The Real Estate Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our real estate initiatives and maximizing the value of our assets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and development of the real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for the company's real estate assets.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets related to real estate operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions and property management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
- Monitor property performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize occupancy rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- RERA Brokerage License is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with a solid understanding of real estate financial metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
