Realiste AI is looking for a Real Estate Market Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in property sourcing, feasibility analysis, and market research, helping us identify and evaluate potential property investments in Dubai.

What you’ll be doing:
-Identify and assess potential properties for redevelopment.
-Stay informed on market trends, construction costs, and investment opportunities.
-Perform due diligence on property documents, legal requirements, and regulations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven proposals.
-Analyze project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.

-2-4 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate analysis, or related fields.
-Preferred background in real estate law or property development
-In-depth knowledge and proven expertise in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory
-Strong English communication skills.
