Realiste is an AI-powered real estate platform operating in 130+ cities around the world. Our technology helps investors identify top-performing real estate opportunities based on data, not guesswork.
We are looking for a Real Estate Partner Manager to work directly with agents and help them close more high-value deals using our platform. Total monthly income ranges from 8,000 to 30,000 AED.

What You'll Do:
As a Real Estate Partner Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for local real estate agents. Your mission is to help agents succeed using Realiste’s technology, market data, and investment tools.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Supporting agents throughout the full sales cycle — from lead to close
-Distributing investment offers to agents and ensuring market visibility
-Maintaining long-term relationships with active agents in the UAE
-Coordinating and assisting in successful deal execution
-Ensuring no leads or opportunities are lost in CRM (we value clean data!)

What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months):
-You’ve built strong working relationships with local agents who trust and rely on you
-You’re actively contributing to successful deal closures using our platform
-You’ve developed a solid understanding of our tools, workflows, and client needs
-You’ve brought fresh ideas to the table and taken initiative where you see opportunities
-You’ve helped streamline communication and ensured agents feel supported and empowered
