Tusmo real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in offplan market or secondary market (sales experience in any field is a plus)

• License or certification as Real Estate Agent? (Required)

Important Note: This role operates on commission and performance-based compensation, directly correlating earnings with individual productivity and results achieved

Desired candidate profile:
• Proven track record of sales in real estate industry in UAE
• Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales, Rent
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales or rent strategies.
• Have a good network of investors in the market.
• Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker
• Proven record serving as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers.
• Good Skills in assisting landlords in promoting their properties for sale or rent

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
